Breno Eduardo da Silva Barros

Obtained his doctorate degree in Environmental Biology from UFPA (2012). The work on his thesis included an international internship at Hiroshima University, Japan. Master's degree from Hiroshima University (Biology of Aquatic Resources Program, 2007). Has experience in marine ecology, focusing on mimetic and food acquisition behaviour of Osteichthyes. Currently lecturing at the Federal Rural University of the Amazon (UFPRA, Capanema, PA).

Eduardo Siegle

Oceanographer (FURG), Master's in Geosciences (UFRGS) and doctorate from the University of Plymouth. Full professor with habilitation at the Institute of Oceanography of the USP, São Paulo. Studies the interaction of forcing conditions and corresponding  reactions in the coastal environment at various spatial and temporal scales. To this end, combines field data with remote sensing observations (acquired by drones, cameras and satellite imagery) and numeric modelling. Associated editor of Estuaries and Coasts, Ocean and Coastal Research and the Brazilian Journal of Geophysics. Is member of the editorial team of Frontiers in Earth Science (Marine Geoscience). Holds a Level 1-D Productivity Scholarship (CNPq).
