President of Capes clarifies doubts about stockpiling of scholarships and paid activities
On July 16, 2010, Joint Ordinance No. 1 was published , drafted by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (Capes) and by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), which deals with the accumulation of scholarships with paid activities.
